Day 32, Bozeman, Montana
Today was a travel day and we were on our way to Bozeman MT.
It was a great drive. The scenery was spectacular the road was smooth, saving the cups and plates from being bounced around , the weather was great and there was not much traffic. We had to contend with a number of steep ascends and descents but we have got used to this over the last few weeks. The Bozeman Campground is 8 mile from the interstate but is worth the extra miles. They are in the middle of major construction which will expand the park and improve the amenities significantly.
When we checked in we noticed the staff had "Nederlands" on their shirts . Well, not only do we have a "WI-FI in Chief" but we also have a "Nederlands-in-Chief" all rolled into one , the one being Dirk. Seeking to determine purity he asked the staff if they knew the meaning of the word "Bozeman". After all, they lived here. They failed the test of course and Dirk informed that it meant "angry man"! Not sure of the history of this town but the founding fathers might have had a bad day.
