| Laundry Day |
We decided to stay at this Camp Ground ( Cascade Locks OR) for two days of R & R , in spite of the blaring horn of mile long freight trains. Actually you get quite used to it especially when you jam you ears with six earplugs, compliments of the KOA. It is a really nice camp ground with plenty of tall trees. We spent the day getting caught up on the washing, lounging around and planning the next day. The plan is to visit a few waterfalls and then take a ride on a sternwheeler. For those who are not caught up on old fashioned boating, this is the type with big planks attached to a barrel at the back which goes round and round ( the wheel goes round and round, round and round) You get the picture .
